VERIFIED TRAFFIC
We count it. Not you.
Every other sponsorship tool prints whatever number the site owner types in. Spot measures views on the page itself, so a sponsor is looking at evidence instead of a claim.
- Counted where the ad renders. Server-side, not read off your analytics dashboard.
- One per visitor, per day. A refresh loop cannot inflate it.
- Bots filtered out. Crawlers still see your widget, they just do not count.
- You cannot edit it. And that is exactly why it is worth something.

IT SELLS ITSELF
An empty slot is a salesperson, not a blank box.
Everywhere else an unsold slot is dead space, and finding sponsors is your problem. On Spot the empty slot does the pitching (your price, your audience, your verified numbers) to every visitor, all day, while you do nothing.

Your sponsor is about to send money to a website they found through a banner. Three things we do so they go through with it.
Not charged unless you approve
While an ad waits for you, the buyer's card is only held. Approving takes the money; turning it down releases the hold and they are never charged. No refund to chase and no dispute, which is what makes reviewing ads safe for you too.
Nobody can outbid them
No auctions, no pay-to-bump. Once the slot is theirs it stays theirs until it expires. They know exactly what they bought.
You host the artwork
Creatives are uploaded to Spot's own CDN, so an ad cannot be swapped for something else after you approve it, or vanish when someone's server goes down.

QUESTIONS
The things people ask first.
What if nobody sponsors me?+–
Then you have paid nothing. There is no subscription and no listing fee. Our only revenue is a cut of sales that actually happen. An empty slot costs you a few pixels.
Do I need a lot of traffic to start?+–
No. There is no minimum. If your traffic is too low for the number to be persuasive we simply do not show it, and your own pitch does the work instead. Small, specific audiences often sell better than big vague ones.
What stops someone running a scam ad on my site?+–
You do. Leave auto-approve off and every ad waits in your review queue with its image and destination visible. Reject it and the hold on their card is released. They are never charged, so there is no refund to go wrong.
When do I get paid?+–
Immediately. Payments go through Stripe Connect straight into your own account. We never hold the money, so there is no payout schedule and no threshold to reach.
Can I use it on more than one site?+–
Yes. Slots are independent, with their own prices, sizes and settings. Paste them wherever you like.
What if I want to stop?+–
Pause a slot to take it off the market while keeping its history, or delete the iframe entirely. There is no contract and nothing to cancel. Any ad already paid for runs out its term.
